- Led the Active Directory deployment as part of the core infrastructure team, standardizing domain and user management for a workforce of 100+ across headquarters and 11 branches.
- Led the NAS deployment as part of the core infrastructure team, restructuring enterprise storage and backup supporting 200+ users company-wide.
- Built out the company's internal mini data center — rack layout, server provisioning, and network cabling.
- Architected and built the company Intranet Platform, Grievance Management Portal, and Visitor Log System solo on Laravel.
- Automated internal communications by integrating the Hubtel SMS API.
- Set up, configured, and manage the company's SIP telephony service end-to-end across headquarters and all 11 branches, including day-to-day technical support; coordinated with MTN to provision a dedicated internet line supporting it.
- Partnered with Comsys to build dedicated internet connectivity to GhIPSS for high-volume transaction processing and callback handling (transaction monitoring managed by the Operations team) — and personally configured, deployed, and tested the server powering that integration.
